California Governor honours Sant Ranjit Singh

SACREMENTO: In the presence of more than 30 prominent Sikhs from California, at a function orgnised by Commissioner Lahori Ram, the Lieutenant Governor of California, John Garamendi honored Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale. California State Lieutenant Governor John Garamendi congratulated Baba Ranjit Singh on his tireless effort of spreading the message of Sikhism, who is on a tour of the United States for preaching Sikhism. 

Expressing surprise at the large turnout of the Sikh Sangat at the Diwan of Sant Ranjit Singh, Governor Garamendi said that the gathering was a matter of pride for the Sikh community in California

Giani Thakur Singh who has been doing Path Seva at the El Sobrante Sikh Temple was also honored on the occasion for his selfless teaching of Gurbani to the Sikh Sangat in California.
