Conspiracy to expel Bhai Bittu was hatched six months ago: UK body
WSN Network
LONDON: United Khalsa Dal.
England president Bhai Nirmal Singh Sandhu has claimed that the
expulsion of Bhai Daljit Singh from the party was not an impromptu
event but was well planned in advance at least six months earlier at
the residence of Bhai Ram Singh, general secretary of the Akali Dal
(Amritsar). The scheme, hammered behind the back of Sardar Simranjit
Singh Mann, was discussed with Dhian Singh Mand, Jaskaran Singh
Kahanwala and Ranjit Singh Cheema etc.
It was decided that first of all the pro-Bhai Daljit Singh elements
abroad should be neutralized and Sardar Mann should be fed some
fanciful stuff about them. It was as part of this conspiracy that
Bhai Daljit Singh’s associate Lavshinder Singh Dallewal was eased
out so that the other supporters of Bhai Daljit Singh also leave the
party along with him. That is exactly happened later. A close
associate of Mann said there is an army of sycophants and informers
around Sardar Mann which does not let the true picture filter to the
party leader. He said Sardar Mann was not inclined to withdraw his
resignation this time but it were these people who misguided him. On
behalf of the United Khalsa Dal, he said they did respect Sardar
Mann earlier and will always respect him for the sacrifice he has
made in the service of the community.
