VIPSA to hold multi-lingual Poetry Recital on July 27

MILPITAS: Premier Punjabi literary organization in California, Vishav Punjabi Sahit Academy (VIPSA) is organizing a multi-lingual poetry recital (Mushehra) in Milpitas Community Library in Milpitas city on July 27th, the Sunday.  Program will start at 2 pm and continue until 6 pm.  Many renowned poets from the South Asian region who write in Punjabi, Urdu or Hindi will recite their poems in this mushaira to offer the unique literary experience for the audience.  Mushaira will be attended by Hindi poets Ram Lal Shukla, Ramanand Pande, Neelu Gupta, Nirmal Shukla, Archana Pande, Davinder Shukla; Urdu Poets Nasir Himayun, Mehnaz Naqvi, Noshi Ghilani, Tashi Zaheer, Khalid Khokhar, Khalid Rana, and Punjabi Poets Dr. Sohinder Bir (India), Azad Jallandhari, Ishar Singh Moman, Dr. Gurumel Sidhu, Surinder Seerat, Kulwinder, Faruq Taraz, Sukhwinder Kamboz, Harjinder Kang, Dr. Sukhpaul Sanghera, Darshan Natt, Jas Fiza,  Major Bhupinder Daler, Resham Sidhu, and many more.  You can contact Academy General Secretary Jagjit Naushehrvi at 510-676-1565 or e-mail Jagjit_Naushehrvi@Yahoo.Com for more information about the event.  All attendees will be offered tea, cold drinks and snacks by the academy during the event.
